To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing and damage to gemstones or metals.Regularly clean your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and oils, and consider professional cleaning for intricate pieces.

Handmade Variations: All the Pitarra products are handmade by skilled artisans, so the final items may exhibit variations in colour, stone size, or small details compared to the product images. Each product is made by hand and will always be unique, and the stones are natural, so they will vary from piece to piece.

Flexible Earring Stems: The stems of our earrings are intentionally crafted from a softer material to prevent snapping. If you notice a slight bend in the stems, please understand that this is not indicative of any fault or damage; it is a designed flexibility feature.

Natural Inclusions: For products featuring semi-precious stones or doublets, you may observe natural inclusions within the stones. These inclusions are intentional and contribute to an authentic appearance, so they should not be mistaken for scratches or cracks.
