THE PIECE
Three stones, stacked, and nothing else. A cushion-cut green at the top, an emerald-cut blue beneath it, a rounded red closing the piece at the base. Each one sits in its own plain gold bezel, the settings joined edge to edge, so the pendant falls as one continuous column instead of three separate drops. Two small clear stones flank the green where the chain meets the setting. That's the only ornament on the entire piece. The chain itself is a fine gold cable, left deliberately bare.
THE CRAFT
Green, blue and red in gold isn't a colour scheme. It's a shortlist, one of the oldest combinations in fine jewellery, chosen back when colour itself was rare and each stone had to earn its place. The bezel is worth a second look too. Metal worked flush around a stone until it holds with no prongs at all is one of the purest setting techniques there is, and this piece uses it with nothing built on top and nothing hidden underneath.
The matching studs carry only the red. The necklace already holds all three colours, so the ear doesn't need to repeat them.
